Prior to your visit to our church, please complete this form to ensure your children's names are promptly entered into our check-in system. Upon arrival, this will expedite the process of getting your child's check-in tag.

For Kids (birth-5th grade) - Visit us at our Kids Check-in Desk, between the coffee area and the Hope Kids hallway doors in Building A, to have your child's tag and parent tag printed.

For Students (6th-12th grade) - Enter Building D and use check-in computers immediately on the left when you enter, to print a tag by searching your last name. Someone will greet you and assist you upon arrival.
